In-Line Conveyor Blister Sealer

Automatic in-line conveyor style blister heat sealer designed specifically for high volume blister packaging applications for pharmaceuticals and nutraceutical products. This in-line design provides convenient height work stations without platforms and access to the work area from both sides of the machine. Features for the in-line blister heat sealer include a servo pin chain index system and a precision four-post heat seal press with ground platens and long bushings to ensure parallelism. A touch screen operator interface panel allows for fast set-up or adjustment of operating parameters. This machine is also available in expanded widths or extended lengths to accommodate the addition of automatic feeders or additional product loaders.
